The city page still describes the hearing as upcoming and contains no supported post-hearing decision. Paulding Brief is therefore not claiming that a tax or millage rate was adopted.
Why it matters
Residents deserve a clean distinction between a hearing and final council action. The status will change only when Hiram publishes an authoritative record.
