Every local factual claim links to a dated source. Primary government or applicant records take priority. We distinguish proposed, recommended, approved, permitted, under construction and open. To request a correction, use the tip form and include the original source.

Privacy

We request only the information needed to deliver the brief, review a tip or answer a sponsorship request. Subscriber addresses remain pending until an email delivery provider is connected. We do not sell personal data. You may unsubscribe from every delivered edition. Tips may be published in summarized form; do not send sensitive personal information.

Sponsored content

Paid placements are labeled at the top and visually separated. Sponsors cannot buy coverage, suppress reporting or change project status. Claims must be supportable and are subject to correction.

Submission policy

“What are they building?” submissions are leads, not facts. A location enters coverage only after documentary verification; unverified tips may be held or labeled.
