The Melt Yard is still one to watch.
Dallas identified 300 W. Memorial Drive as the restaurant’s future home in a December 2025 staff report. A 2026 Historic Preservation Commission packet names a Melt Yard certificate-of-appropriateness case at the same address. That supports an active project—not an opening date.

Paulding Today reported an October 2025 PCED announcement for a $1.1 million tile-tool facility on Metromont Road. The county’s active-license list now includes Cortag Tools USA Corporation at 842 Metromont Road, Suite 100. We have not found a dated opening announcement, so this is not labeled open.
